What do you get when Struktur builds your website?

A website relaunch with up to 50 subpages, the hosting and your own Theo, for one price per month. SEO is included from the start: meta texts, alt texts, a clean page structure, and Theo keeps developing it. Plus a weekly report with changes, visitors, most-visited pages and three recommendations, and a personal contact in Berlin.

We take your domain and your existing content along in the relaunch. You do not start from zero.

How long until the website is online?

Usually within a few working days after the kick-off. In the kick-off we clarify what matters to you, which pages you need and which content already exists. Then the team builds the website, and Theo receives his knowledge of your business, your brand and the way you communicate.

It is this fast not because of a template, but because maintenance and additions after launch no longer wait for us. If a subpage, a photo or a price is missing, you message Theo. He adds it, checks it technically and sends you the link.

For bigger undertakings, such as a web shop, custom features or a new brand identity, the website is a project of its own with our team as an agency. Theo maintains, Struktur designs.

What does a website cost including maintenance and hosting?

€129 per month in the first year, then €149. That is the pioneer offer for the first 100 customers, and it includes the relaunch, the hosting and Theo. The minimum term is 12 months, after which the contract renews for three months at a time and can be cancelled with one month’s notice. All prices net plus VAT.

To compare with the website maintenance costs you have today: add up what hosting, hourly changes and the waiting time until a small change goes live cost you. How does website maintenance by message work?

You send Theo a message or a photo. He makes the change, checks it technically and sends you the link a few minutes later. If the check fails, the website stays as it is. No login, no editor, no jargon.

Theo can do more than change text. He optimises and places photos, logos and PDFs with alt text, and embeds videos via a YouTube or Vimeo link. Changes can be scheduled in advance: plan the weekend promotion today, live on time. Copy he writes himself is a suggestion and only goes online after your approval word. Having a website built with AI: what does the AI do, what do people do?

People build the website: structure, design, copy, technical foundation. The AI maintains it afterwards. Theo is not a site builder that generates a page for you, but an assistant who knows your finished website and keeps it current.

Which websites has Struktur built?

This one, strukturmedia.de, in German and English, with its own blog and every change made through Theo. And the website of Servige in Santiago de Chile, with product catalogue, enquiry basket, blog and application library, maintained through its own agent on Telegram. Since August 2026 the team there has added more than 100 products itself, without an agency request.
