AI agents for businesses, built in Berlin
An AI agent takes a task from start to finish: you tell it what should happen, and it gets it done inside your systems. Struktur is an AI agency in Berlin that builds, runs and uses such agents every day. This website is maintained by our own agent, Theo.
What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An AI agent acts. It receives a task in plain language, for example “add the new product” or “change the opening hours”, has access to the systems where that task gets done, and carries it out. The result is a finished change, not a text suggestion.
For that to work reliably, an agent needs three things: knowledge of your business, tightly scoped access, and a check before every action. Our agents know the brand, tone and processes of their customer, only talk to approved accounts, and publish nothing that fails a technical check. Every action is logged and can be undone with one word.
The difference to an off-the-shelf bot: an agent from Struktur belongs to you alone. Own agent, own bot, own access, separated from every other customer.
Which tasks can an AI agent take over in your business?
Anything that recurs, follows clear rules and currently waits on a person. The most common cases we build: website maintenance by message, product catalogues the team keeps up to date itself, pre-processing of incoming enquiries, and publishing content in WordPress or other systems.
Three examples from our work:
- Theo maintains websites. Customers message him on Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord or by email, and a few minutes later the change is live, including images, alt texts and new subpages.
- For Servige in Santiago de Chile, which represents eight international brands for predictive maintenance, the whole product catalogue is maintained through its own agent on Telegram. Since August 2026 the team there has added more than 100 products itself, without a single agency request.
- For a retailer in Berlin, an agent writes, lays out and publishes WordPress content. On our own sites, a scheduled update went from around 60 minutes to about two.
What an agent does not replace: decisions. Copy it writes itself is a suggestion and only goes live after your approval word. It does not build web shops or custom features; that is what our team as an agency is for.
How does it work when you have an AI agent built?
In three steps: audit, build, run. In the audit we look at the process the agent should take over and the systems it has to work in. In the build phase the agent is created with its access, checks and approvals. In operation it runs, we measure what works, and adjust.
For Theo the path is short: a kick-off of 60 to 90 minutes in which we get to know your business and brand, and after that your website with its own agent is usually ready within a few working days. An agent inside your own systems, for enquiries, catalogue or CRM, is a project of its own. How we write down and connect the processes beforehand is described under workflow automation.
A rule from our AI course at Mindco applies here too: a process that cannot be written down cannot be automated. That is why every agent project starts by noting the process step by step. Then you can see which step the agent takes over and which one remains a decision.
What does an AI agent cost?
Theo costs €129 per month in the first year, then €149, including a website relaunch, hosting and your own agent. The pioneer offer applies to the first 100 customers, the minimum term is 12 months, all prices net plus VAT. Up to 50 subpages are included, each additional one costs €0.50 per month.
An agent for your own systems is priced as a project, after the audit. The price depends on how many systems are connected, how many steps the process has and which checks are needed. You get a quote with effort and benefit per use case up front, not an hourly invoice afterwards.
What we do not do: quote a price before we have seen the process. A number given before the audit is a guess.
How safe is an AI agent, and who sees your data?
Your agent is there for you alone, separated from all other customers, and only talks to the accounts you approve. A technical check runs before every publication. If it fails, everything stays as it was. You get a data processing agreement from us.
Four safeguards apply to every agent we build:
- Check before the action: nothing goes live that fails the check.
- Log: every change is traceable and can be undone with one word.
- Approval: copy the agent writes itself only appears after your approval word.
- Access: own agent, own bot, approved accounts only.
Where data is especially sensitive, we also build on premises. For a healthcare provider the infrastructure runs on its own server, because health data under Article 9 GDPR is processed there. Which setup fits your data is something we clarify in the first call.
Why an AI agency in Berlin, and why Struktur?
Because we use what we sell. Every change to strukturmedia.de runs through Theo, our own agent. Whoever builds an agent for you should be running one themselves.
At Struktur, automation engineers work alongside strategists and designers, in one team in Berlin, at Am Studio 2 in Adlershof. You have one contact for website, agent and hosting instead of five companies, and if you like, we go through your process in person over a coffee.
For everything beyond agents, the team stays available: brand and design, systems and automation, and the website itself, which you can have built by us.
Agents already running.
Which process do you want off your desk?
Describe in three sentences what someone does by hand today. We will tell you honestly whether an agent can take it over and what it would need.
